Daisy
Daisy was rescued from a nearby Animal Control Facility on what would have been her last day of life.  Now she has a loving "Forever Home" to call her own.

MacyHi Kim and Jackie,
I just wanted to send you an update on Macy (originally named Daisy). I cannot be happier with this dog! Not only is she the cutest, most playful girl you've ever met, but she has not had one single accident in the house. Not one!! She is so sweet natured - except towards other dogs (we're still working on that!). She's very playful and gets along wonderfully with my 4 year old son. I had planned to keep her crated at night while we slept, but that didn't last very long. She has learned how comfortable the bed is, so now she snuggles in with us. She does wake us up every morning at about 5 am though, trampling over us to stare out the window. I think every bunny and squirrel in the neighborhood taunts her outside the windows. We've even got an ottoman set up next to our picture window so she can keep watch while she's inside.
We took her to the vet at the end of May to get her stitches removed after her non-spaying event (she'd already been spayed) and she had a little bit of a yeast infection in her ears. The vet said that for lab/terrier mixes like her that it's quite common. So we treated it with some ointment and have been cleaning her ears with a solution the vet gave us. The vet also said she was a little underweight, but she's been filling out since then quite nicely. We are so thankful we were referred to Hope Rescues and have been telling everyone we know what a great experience we had with both of you. We cannot imagine our lives without Macy - we just love her so much!
Thanks again,Cindy, John, and Jake
